Before you email about an order

We are not the seller of anything on this site, so we cannot see your order, change it, or refund it. For anything to do with a purchase — delivery, access, support, refunds — contact the vendor or the marketplace you bought through:

• ClickBank orders: support.clickbank.com (they handle refunds directly)
• JVZoo orders: support.jvzoo.com

Your purchase receipt has the vendor's support address on it — that is the fastest route.
